1. Invite the teacher
From the school dashboard, use **Users → Invite**. Enter the teacher's national ID and email. The invite email contains a one-time activation link valid for 48 hours.
2. Assign a role
Teachers default to the **Reviewer** role. Upgrade to **Supervisor** when they should also create challenges on behalf of the school. Role changes take effect on next sign-in.
3. Dry-run a submission
Open the **Mock challenge** from the help menu and let the teacher score one mock entry. The result isn't recorded; it's purely a training drill that makes sure they're comfortable with the rubric.
4. Open the real challenge
Once all reviewers have completed a mock scoring, switch the challenge status to **Open** from the admin panel. Participants start seeing it in their TAHADI inbox within a minute.
